An introduction to mindfulness:

Mindfulness is a practice and a state of mind. By practicing mindfulness meditation you learn to pay attention to your own thoughts and feelings in a way that can improve your wellbeing.
I’m now taking bookings for individual sessions in guided mindfulness.This will equip you with a ‘toolbox’ of mindfulness techniques that can be introduced into everyday life. These methods will help you to develop a healthier mindset and a calmer, more positive approach to life.
This comprehensive Introduction to Mindfulness course is delivered over four individual sessions. One-to-one Sessions take place every Saturday and Monday at my treatment room in The Foot Centre, Huddersfield. The sessions don’t have to be taken in consecutive weeks - I work at a pace that suits your lifestyle.
No previous knowledge or experience of mindfulness is required - just an enquiring mind. Upon request, course can be combined with complementary reiki therapy.
Each guided session takes 1.5 hours. There are two private appointment slots available each Saturday:
1.00pm - 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 4.30pm
And three slots on a Monday:
10.00am - 11.30am, 1.00pm - 2.30pm and 3.30pm to 5.00pm.
Each individual session is £35. A discounted rate is available for an advanced booking paid in full: £120 for all four sessions.
